This panel featuring industry experts and moderated by Paul Bellantone, PPAI, will discuss the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats that face our industry today in light of our current market and political situations.

About Paul Bellantone, CAE:

Paul Bellantone, CAE is the president and CEO of PPAI, the not-for-profit association for more than 15,000 member companies of the $23.3 billion promotional products industry. Bellantone is committed to advancing the promotional products industry through visibility, viability and credibility. He is focused on delivering compelling member value and responsible for successfully executing the strategies and vision of the PPAI Board of Directors and advocating for the industry and its professional practitioners.

Bellantone holds a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University in New Jersey and a master's in business administration from the School of Management at Texas Woman's University. He is a Certified Association Executive and is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives, the Dallas Fort Worth Association Executives, the American Marketing Association, the Dallas/Fort Worth AMA and a board trustee for The Forum: Business Results Through People.

About Dale Denham, MAS+:

Dale Denham, MAS+, is the chief information officer for Geiger, a Top 40 distributor, and previously served as senior vice president of ASI. He most recently served as chair of PPAI's Technology Committee, which formulated and launched the PPAI Technology Summit, an event held every August to focus on top-of-mind, relevant technology issues impacting the promotional products industry. Denham is also an “executive chef” for the industry group PromoKitchen and has served as president of Promotional Products Association of Florida. Denham was named one of Computerworld’s Premier 100 IT Leaders.

About Brittany David, MAS:

Brittany David, MAS, is the vice president of sales at SnugZ USA. She is an 11-year veteran of the promotional products industry. She has been with SnugZ for six years and previously worked at SAGE Quick Technologies Inc. as the tradeshow management services manager.

David currently serves on the PPAI Board of Directors, is the board liaison to the Technology Committee and serves as a volunteer for the PPAF Expo. She previously served as the board liaison to the Supplier Committee and Awards Committee in 2016, and was co-chairman of the PPAF Expo Committee from 2014-2016.

David has served on several advisory groups, including the Expo East Advisory Group, Power Meeting Advisory Group, PPAI Hall of fame Advisory Group and PPAI Legislator of the Year Advisory Group.

David’s creative firepower and engaging personality landed her on Counselor Magazine's 2013 Hot List, and she has been a panelist for the ASI Power Summit and PPAI Women’s Leadership Conference. She was recognized as a 2014 PPB Rising Star, 2016 PromoMarketing Rising Star, and she was named a PPAI Fellow in 2017.

David also volunteers for the Utah Food Bank, Primary Children’s Hospital and various community service projects with the SnugZ GiveZ community service committee.

About Tom Goos:

A passionate entrepreneur and leader, Thomas Goos is the President of Image Source, a nationally recognized branded merchandise agency known for its purpose driven culture and strategic client approach. His key responsibilities include strategic direction as well as financial management, operations and supplier partnerships. With 20 years of branded merchandise experience, Thomas is a true industry leader and expert.

Thomas is a Past-Chairman of the board of the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI). Thomas has served in many roles with PPAI including their Executive Committee, Vice Chair of Finance and Chair of the Government Relations Action Council (GRAC), Elected Directors Nominating Committee and has been a Board Director of the Promotional Products Education Foundation (PPEF). Thomas is a former two-term President of the Northwest Promotional Marketing Association (NWPMA) and a founder and partner of Reciprocity Road, the innovative industry buying and shared learning group comprised of eight elite branded merchandise agencies.He was recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal’s award program, 40 Under Forty.

Thomas has a B.A. in Marketing and Management from the University of Washington Bothell. He is a currently board member for the University of Washington Bothell School of Business where he is a guest speaker and advisor to undergraduate and MBA students. Thomas has founded several companies including Branded Solutions by Edgar Martinez, a branded merchandise agency as well as several real estate investment companies.

He is a passionate endurance athlete who competes in triathlon, duathlon and running events. Thomas has competed in several national championships in both triathlon and duathlon and recently competed as a member of Team USA in the 2018 Duathlon World Championships in Denmark. His passion for real estate and cars is only rivaled by his tenacity for any competitive game or sport.

About Kellie Claudio:

Kellie Claudio is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Sweda.  She loves selling and creating winning marketing strategies as well as sales team development. Supporting and making her team the best and happiest is food for her soul.  She has 30 years of sales/marketing/executive management experience under her belt and has spent years selling national retail, big box, collegiate, golf and corporate promotional programs. Great lines like, Mossimo, B.U.M Equipment, Levi Strauss, Blue Steel,  and Ashworth Golf Company. Creating the charitable partnership between Dan Nevin’s Warrior Spirit Retreat, a place where wounded warriors and their families learn to heal and Sweda is one of the proudest highlights of her career.
