This session will begin with a brief State of the Industry from Bob McLean, EVP of PPAI, before transitioning to our panelists to discuss how sustainability, DEI & social compliance are re-shaping the way our industry does business. You will hear from end-buyers about what is important to them and learn about the challenges distributors are facing as they source products for buyers.
- Provide up to date information for the member to keep them aware of current market conditions and decisions that impact their businesses on a daily basis.
- Train the members on the value of the purpose of promotional products in client relationships and in turn, their clients' relationships with the recipients of their promotional products purchases.
- Educate the members on the current impact and influence of sustainable products as they exist in the industry today.
- Offer an opportunity for members to ask direct questions to industry experts on current marketing concerns and trends.
Bob McLean |PPAI
Executive Vice President
Robert (“Bob”) McLean, CPA, CAE, CEM is PPAI's executive vice president. He was hired in June 2008 as its CFO and is responsible for Finance & Administration, Information Technology and the Promotional Products Education Foundation. In October 2011, Bob was promoted to EVP and now also has responsibility for the Membership and Regional Relations departments. Before joining PPAI, Bob served in the for-profit world and held COO and CFO positions with small start-up companies and large global enterprises, including both private and public companies. Bob received his BS in Accounting from Drexel University and his MBA in Finance from the University of Miami.

Latisha Marshall is the Vice President of Operations for ePromos Promotional Products, LLC. She grew up in Brooklyn, New York, currently residing in Houston, Texas. Latisha is an operations fanatic with 18 years of industry experience.
Anne Stone, CAE | PPAI
Director, Member Engagement
Anne Stone, CAE, is the director of member engagement for Promotional Products Association International (PPAI). In this role, she is responsible for guiding PPAI’s government relations efforts and product responsibility programs including the PPAI Product Responsibility Summit—a two-day education event focused specifically on product responsibility issues. Anne oversees PPAI’s volunteer engagement efforts as well as the Associations awards program. Additionally, Anne manages the professional development efforts for the Association, including the Women’s Leadership Conference and the North American Leadership Conference. A frequent speaker on the topics of product responsibility, sustainability and legislative advocacy, Anne is a former member of the board of directors for the International Consumer Product Health and Safety Organization (ICPHSO) and currently sits on the board of the Small Business Legislative Council.
Jigna Vaghela| Nolan Transportation Group
Director, Events & Promotions
Born in India, raised in Texas, Jigna has a passion for creativity with a background rooted in DE&I excellence. She has over 15 years of experience in event strategy and project management with focus on inclusivity within thought leadership, events, vendor sourcing, as well as promotional products. In addition to serving as Director, Events & Promotions, she is member of the DE&I Committee at TiHoldCo. Jigna has a demonstrated history and focus on strategic program management, relationship management and people management. She is results oriented, inquisitive, and possesses a passion to be a better global citizen.
Jigna holds a degree in Business, Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Arlington and in Visual Merchandising from The Art Institute of Seattle. In addition to being a mother of a rambunctious 9 year old son, she is part of the ERG Steering Committee for the DFW Alliance of Technology and Women (DFW ATW) and serves as the COO & Board Member of Kimiya International, a non-profit which advocates for human rights and women who have underwent trauma. In her free time she enjoys food tours during road trips, trivia nights, photography and movie marathons (Hollywood, Bollywood, you name it).
